In a Sale Transaction, once all the subjects are removed and we received the contract, we will review the conditions in detail and then we will request payouts if required or collect all relevant information that is required to complete the transaction. Once all the documents are ready and prepared, we will set up an appointment with you for execution of the documents. And finally disburse the funds appropriately on completion date.

In a Refinance Transaction, we receive the instructions from the bank/ lender and review them. We ensure that all conditions are fully met, and funds are requested timely. Once all the documents are executed, we will register the mortgage and provide final report to lender.

In a Title Transfer Transactions, we obtain the information and verify. We make sure that Independent Legal advise is obtained regarding the transfer of the title and the client understands the pros and cons of the transfer.
