Clients will sometimes ask why they need to incur the time, trouble, and expense of making a Will. Having a Will may give you the peace of mind to know that your loved ones will endure less hardship when dealing with handling your estate when you are gone. There are certain fixed laws and guidelines which decide how a person’s property is going to be divided if he dies intestate (i.e. without a will). Although making a will is a critical part of your estate planning that should be carefully contemplated when drafting it, it does not have to be complicated.

To have Tanya Gupta draft your Will for you, please call our office at 604-597-0089 or email and you will receive all the information you need to come prepared for your Will appointment.

At the time of your appointment, we will set a time for you to return to our office to sign your completed Will. You will then have the option to have your Will registered which indicates the date the Will was signed and the location in which the original Will is kept. You will receive a copy of this notice by email once it has been received in our office. If you have any questions about Wills please call our office at 604-597-0089 or email
